At The Sak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date for items in original condition.

Return Process

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
